With the nature of our products unfortunately we do not accept returns. We pride ourselves with exceptional quality control procedures prior to shipping of your $tyles. In the event that there is ever an issue with defect picture and video proof will need to be submitted. Once submitted and a judgement is made item will need to be returned and exchange will be sent in it's place if approved. As always we thank you for the support and will continue to provide quality products and service.
Our small team works diligently to fulfill orders. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing time and 3-5 business days for shipping. Anything out of the ordinary can be emailed to us at email@example.com for customer service issues. You will receive your tracking number via email. Give tracking at least 24hrs to be updated for accurate tracking results. We will work diligently to get your $tyles to you as soon as we can.
